Product Description3M™ PT1100 Black Double-Sided Acrylic Plus Strong Adhesive Tape The double-sided adhesive tape is typically used for attaching rigid components where an aesthetically pleasing visible edge is desired. The 3M™ Acrylic Plus tape series PT 1100 consists of black acrylic foam with additional acrylic adhesive on both sides. The typical application of the tape includes attaching rigid components such as spoilers, antenna housings, roof rails, and wheel arch extensions, where an aesthetically pleasing visible edge is desired. The double-sided tape offers excellent long-term stability and very good adaptability to the surfaces being bonded. Due to the unique viscoelastic properties of the PT 1100, stresses in the adhesive joint are effectively absorbed, creating an extremely durable bond.
