Our 3M™ VHB Tape 4956P, grey, is a 1.6mm thick, double-sided high-performance tape made of acrylic adhesive for a variety of uses. It replaces rivets, welds, and screws. This tape allows for fast and easy bonding while offering strong and durable durability. Use this powerful, viscoelastic VHB tape on various materials with medium to high surface energy. 3M™ VHB High-Performance Tapes are double-sided tapes made from closed-cell acrylic adhesive. They offer high adaptability to the surfaces being bonded. Smooth or textured surfaces can be bonded over the entire area without stress. It is ideally suited for a variety of materials with high and medium surface energy, such as metals, plastics, paints, or glass. High plasticizer resistance (e.g., for PVC substrates). Suggested Applications For decorative materials and trims, nameplates and logos, displays, panel fastenings, and reinforcement elements.
