3M™ VHB Tape GPH-110
With our 3M™ VHB Tape GPH-110, you have a true all-rounder by your side. This gray, 1.1 mm thick tape is made from a universal acrylic adhesive around a flexible foam core and withstands high temperatures. It allows you to quickly and easily create a strong and durable permanent bond. The viscoelastic properties ensure flexible applications as an alternative to rivets, welded joints, and screws. This tape can be used on various materials with medium to high surface energy, even at lower temperatures.
User-friendly and Extremely Strong Adhesion 3M™ VHB Tape is made from a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties. This double-sided high-performance tape guarantees extremely high adhesion to various substrates such as aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, numerous composites and plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, and painted or sealed wood. Our tapes are characterized by excellent shear strength, adaptability, surface adhesion, and temperature resistance. With 3M™ VHB Tapes from the GPH Product Family The 3M™ VHB Tapes from the GPH product family feature a modified acrylic adhesive on both sides of a flexible foam core. The special combination of high temperature resistance, suitability for various surfaces, strong initial adhesion, and flexible foam core makes this product family one of the most powerful and versatile 3M™ VHB Tapes. Their resistance to high temperatures allows bonding of materials in applications with long-term exposure up to 150°C, as well as short-term exposure up to 230°C. The tape is particularly suitable for use before thermal curing processes, such as liquid or powder coating. As such, it is typically used on metallic materials like aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. Use this tape for mounting reinforcement elements, panels, and covers, including before curing in the paint oven, as well as for decoration materials and trims.
