3M™ VHB 5925 can replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, weld seams, screws) or liquid adhesives, saving drilling, sanding, reworking, screwing, welding, and cleaning. High dynamic load absorption reduces vibrations and shocks. It creates a permanent seal against water, moisture, and more. It allows the use of thinner, lighter, and uneven materials, with narrow bonding lines.
Reliability across the board. 3M™ VHB Tape 5925, black, is a 0.6mm thick, extremely adaptable double-sided high-performance adhesive tape made of modified acrylic adhesive. It can be quickly and easily applied and offers powerful and long-lasting durability. Rivets, weld seams, and screws can be replaced by this tape. Use this powerful, viscoelastic VHB tape on various surfaces, such as powder coatings.
3M™ VHB high-performance tapes are double-sided tapes made of closed-cell acrylic adhesive. They offer very high adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Smooth or textured surfaces can be bonded seamlessly without stress. Ideal for many low-energy surfaces, plastics (except soft PVC), or glass, and in many applications, the use of primers can be omitted.
